Alberto
Graduate of Hotel and Restaurant school in Italy.
After graduation his first job was in his Grandfathers Restaurant in Porec, Istria, since then Alberto continued working in Hotels and Restaurants through Europe as in: Italy, Holland, London and now finally in New York.
In New York Alberto worked for years in many prestigious Restaurants like River Cafe, Cellini, Bellini, Paola's and Destinee Wschilinger etc.
Alberto spent his last five years in wine industry. |
